Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of our products and services, including our software, tools, data, documentation, and websites (collectively referred to as the Services).
By using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using our Services. For information on how we collect and use personal information, please refer to our privacy policy.
We, Marka Plugin, reserve the right to review and modify these Terms at our sole discretion. Any changes will be updated on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.

Eligibility Requirements
To use the Services, you must be of legal age to consent to these Terms and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement with Marka Plugin.
If you are accessing the Services on behalf of another individual or entity, you must have the authority to agree to these Terms on their behalf.
License Keys and Pro Access
Marka Plugin does not offer user accounts, registration, or login functionality. Access to Pro features of the Services is granted exclusively via a UUID license key issued upon purchase through our authorized payment platforms: Gumroad and Lemon Squeezy.
Upon completing a purchase, you will receive a UUID license key. You must enter this key within the plugin to activate Pro features. You are responsible for keeping your UUID safe. The UUID is personal and non-transferable — you may not share, sell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute your UUID to any third party. Marka Plugin reserves the right to revoke a UUID that has been shared or misused, without refund.
Marka Plugin has no ability to recover lost or misplaced UUIDs beyond what is provided by the issuing payment platform. If you lose your UUID, please contact the platform through which you made your purchase.
Payments, Refunds, and Billing
All payments, subscriptions, and billing are managed exclusively through Gumroad (gumroad.com) and Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com). Marka Plugin does not process payments directly and does not store any payment or billing information.
Refund Requests: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may contact Marka Plugin directly by email to request a refund. We will review your request and, where possible, process a refund on your behalf through the original payment platform. In cases where Marka Plugin is unable to process a refund directly, we will forward your request to the relevant billing provider — Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy — and assist you in resolving the matter through their refund processes. Refund eligibility may be subject to the policies of the applicable payment platform.
Subscriptions and Renewal: By default, all plans (monthly and annual) renew automatically through Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through the platform from which you made your purchase, or by contacting Marka Plugin by email and we will process the cancellation on your behalf.
Fixed-Term Annual Arrangement (Upon Request): Upon written request, Marka Plugin may offer a fixed-term annual arrangement as an alternative to the default auto-renewing subscription. Under this arrangement, the subscription is charged once at the start of the term and cancelled immediately on the billing platform. Access to the Services remains active for the full twelve (12) months, with no automatic renewal and no further charges afterward. This arrangement is available on a case-by-case basis and must be explicitly agreed upon in writing between the customer and Marka Plugin prior to purchase. It does not apply automatically to all annual plan purchases.
Billing Disputes: For any billing disputes or subscription management issues that cannot be resolved directly with Marka Plugin, you should contact the payment platform through which your purchase was made. Marka Plugin will cooperate in good faith to help resolve any such disputes.
Payment Platform Dependency: The availability of purchasing and subscription management for the Services is dependent on Gumroad and Lemon Squeezy. Marka Plugin has no control over these platforms and cannot guarantee their continued availability. In the event that either platform modifies its service, discontinues operations, or otherwise becomes unavailable, Marka Plugin will use reasonable efforts to provide an alternative purchasing method but shall not be liable for any resulting interruption to payment or license issuance services.
Limitations of Use
By using our Services, you warrant, on behalf of yourself, your users, and other parties you represent, that you will not: modify, copy, decompile, prepare derivative works of, or reverse engineer any part of the Services; remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the Services; transfer the materials to another person or mirror them on any other server; knowingly or negligently use the Services in a way that abuses or disrupts our networks; use the Services to transmit or publish any harassing, indecent, obscene, fraudulent, or unlawful material; use the Services in violation of applicable laws or regulations; use the Services for unauthorized advertising or spamming; harvest, collect, or gather user data without proper consent; or use the Services in a manner that infringes upon the privacy, intellectual property rights, or other rights of third parties.
Uploaded Content: When uploading images or other content to the Services, you additionally warrant that you will not: (a) upload any image or content that is obscene, pornographic, violent, hateful, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful or offensive; (b) upload any image or content that depicts or facilitates illegal activity; (c) upload any image or content that you do not own or for which you do not hold the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions — by uploading content, you represent and warrant that you are the owner of that content or have obtained all required rights to use and store it; (d) upload any content that infringes the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party. Marka Plugin reserves the right to remove any uploaded content that violates these restrictions and to terminate access for repeat offenders, without prior notice and without liability.
Intellectual Property
The materials contained in the Services are owned by or licensed to Marka Plugin and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
This license grants you the right to use the Services but does not transfer ownership. The license will automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions or the Terms, and it may be terminated by Marka Plugin at any time.
Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, Marka Plugin disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Marka Plugin’s total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to your use of the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Marka Plugin in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If no fees were paid during that period, Marka Plugin’s liability shall not exceed USD $50.
In no event shall Marka Plugin or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss suffered or incurred by you or any third party arising from the use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if Marka Plugin has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Service Level Agreement
Marka Plugin will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Services available with a monthly uptime of 99.9%, excluding the circumstances listed below.
The uptime commitment does not apply to, and Marka Plugin bears no liability for, unavailability caused by: (a) scheduled maintenance, for which Marka Plugin will provide at least 24 hours advance notice; (b) circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather events, internet disruptions, or government actions; (c) downtime or degraded performance of the Figma platform, including but not limited to Figma infrastructure outages, API failures, or editor unavailability; or (d) unavailability of third-party payment platforms (Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy) affecting license issuance or subscription management.
Service Credits: If monthly uptime falls below 99.9% for reasons within Marka Plugin’s control, you may request a service credit equal to a pro-rated portion of your monthly subscription fee for each full hour of excess downtime. To request a credit, submit a written request within 30 days of the incident. Credits are applied to future billing periods and are non-refundable. Service credits are your sole and exclusive remedy for any failure to meet the uptime commitment.
This SLA does not apply to free tier or trial users.
Third-Party Platform Dependency
The Services depend on several third-party platforms. Marka Plugin has no control over these platforms and is not liable for any disruption, change, or discontinuation of their services. You acknowledge and agree that:
Figma: The Services are built on and distributed through the Figma platform and Figma Community marketplace. Figma may experience outages, modify its APIs, or remove the plugin from its marketplace at any time without notice to Marka Plugin. Any such event may affect the availability of the Services, and Marka Plugin shall not be liable for resulting disruptions.
Gumroad and Lemon Squeezy: Purchase, license issuance, and subscription management depend entirely on Gumroad and Lemon Squeezy. These platforms may modify their services, change their terms, or discontinue operations at any time. Marka Plugin will use reasonable efforts to provide continuity in such events but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to payment or licensing services.
Cloudflare: Image storage relies on Cloudflare R2 infrastructure. Cloudflare may modify its services or experience outages independently of Marka Plugin. Marka Plugin is not liable for any loss or unavailability of stored images resulting from Cloudflare’s actions or infrastructure failures.
Termination
Termination for Cause: Marka Plugin may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately upon written notice if you breach any provision of these Terms and fail to cure such breach within 14 days of receiving written notice.
Termination for Convenience: Either party may terminate these Terms at any time, for any reason, by providing 30 days written notice to the other party. If Marka Plugin terminates for convenience, you will receive a pro-rated refund of any prepaid fees covering the period after the effective termination date, processed through the original payment platform.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your UUID license key will be revoked and your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — will remain in effect.
Data Processing and Storage
Marka Plugin processes only minimal and anonymised technical data necessary to provide the Services, such as aggregated usage analytics and error logs. This data does not include personally identifiable information collected directly through the Services.
Image Storage: When you upload images through the Services, those images are stored on Cloudflare R2, a third-party cloud storage service operated by Cloudflare, Inc. By uploading images, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) your images are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure and are subject to Cloudflare’s own terms of service and data retention policies; (b) Marka Plugin has no liability for any loss, deletion, or unavailability of images resulting from Cloudflare’s actions or infrastructure failures; (c) images will be retained for as long as the Services remain active; and (d) in the event that Marka Plugin discontinues the Services, your images will be retained for a period of twelve (12) months following the discontinuation date, after which they will be permanently deleted.
Image Deletion Requests: You may request deletion of your uploaded images at any time by contacting Marka Plugin directly via email. Deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that Marka Plugin cannot guarantee retrieval of images already deleted by Cloudflare under their own policies.
Test Emails: When you use the test email functionality within the Services, email content is transmitted directly to your chosen email service provider (ESP) and is not stored, logged, or retained by Marka Plugin. Marka Plugin uses third-party tools solely to facilitate this transmission. Your use of third-party ESPs is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
To the extent any personal data is processed on your behalf — for example, if content you generate incorporates personal data — you remain the data controller and Marka Plugin acts solely as a data processor. In such cases, the parties agree to execute a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) upon request.

Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on our Services are provided for general information purposes only. Marka Plugin does not warrant the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on the Services or any linked resources.
Links
Marka Plugin has not reviewed all sites linked to its Services and is not responsible for the contents of any linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement or approval by Marka Plugin. Your use of any linked site is at your own risk.
Severance
If any term of these Terms is deemed wholly or partially void or unenforceable, it shall be severed to the extent of its invalidity. The validity of the remaining Terms is not affected.
